Our vision is to produce and serve super great, full-flavored food. That's why whenever possible we source our ingredients from local farms, butchers, and shops. Have questions about what's local in your order? Just ask!
When Should I Place My Order?
We look for at least 3 business days lead time on all catering orders, including custom cakes and large quantity bakery orders. If your event is happening sooner than that, you should still give us a call! Even though we can’t always accommodate last-minute orders, we’ll do our best to make sure your guests don’t go hungry.
How Do I Place My Order?
You can place your order by sending us an email, a message through the website, or by calling our Catering Guru directly. You can find all of our catering contact information on the contact page.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
All orders are confirmed by providing a credit card number to be kept on file. The credit card will be charged on the morning of your order, or you are free to provide another form of payment before the date of your delivery or pickup. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Businesses can inquire about setting up invoicing by contacting our Catering Guru directly.
Do You Deliver?
We offer delivery for most orders over $100 for a small fee. Our ability to offer delivery is dependent on the size,date, and time of the order, with a maximum range of 50 miles. Please contact us for our delivery rates and to arrange delivery for your order.
What About Gratuity?
All catering orders over $150.00, or any orders requiring delivery, are subject to an 18% added gratuity.
What If I Need to Cancel my Order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please give us a call during normal business hours. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your order date may be sugject to a fee up to the full amount of your order.
What Is The Minimum Group Size You'll Cater For?
We do not have a minimum group size for catering orders. Some items on our menu require a minimum quantity to purchase, but we are thrilled to cater groups of all sizes.
Do You Bartend or Provide Alcohol?
We do not offer alcohol or alcohol related services at this time.
What If I Need My Event Staffed?
We understand that every event has unique needs and challenges. If you woul dlike your event to be staffed by Marie Catrib's, please contact our Catering Guru to discuss rates and available services.
What Style Events Do You Cater?
We love to cater all kinds of events! Our specialties lie in buffet and family-style meals, and we offer a more casual and homestyle level of service. That doesn’t mean we don’t clean-up nicely though. While we don’t offer plated service, we can help you find the appropriate materials for a more up-scale event and of course provide some amazing food.
What About Supplies For My Order?
Every order receives complimentary serving utensils and trays or aluminum pans for service. Additional trays, pans, or utensils may be purchased. Pricing for Chaffing Setups and Paper Goods can be found on the catering menu. Have something else in mind? Just let us know wha tyou're looking for and we'll work out pricing for your specific needs.
